Dallas, Texas -- Adrian Johnston is pleased to announce today's release of the lyric video for "Rather Have You." Penned by Johnston and Zac Maloy, who also served as producer, the lyric video features various footage from Johnston's live performances and studio sessions. Created by Two Beards & A Camera Productions (Nashville), the lyric video is available now at Johnston's YouTube channel and on Facebook. 

"Rather Have You" is currently #51 on the Texas Regional Radio Report and is being promoted by Dorothea Ivey of Cabin Creek Promotions. 

A take on the "wanting what you shouldn't have" dilemmas in life, "Rather Have You" is full of attitude and sass. Johnston's spirited vocals are on fire through the many lyrical twists and turns and the true country fiddle and driving backbeat provide the heart of this upbeat tune. A song where grit and twang are in perfect harmony, Johnston's inspiration came from the line, "I'd rather have wine than dinner."
