NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Vocal powerhouse Danielle Bradbery is marking the end of an incredible year in music with a series of covers entitled “Yours Truly: 2018.” Billboard premiered Bradbery's “striking cover” of “God Is A Woman” by pop superstar Ariana Grande Thursday, Dec. 20, and announced that her take on “Slow Burn” by Kacey Musgraves and “Psycho” by Post Malone will follow.

“I grew up listening to all kinds of music from country to R&B and hip hop, even Hispanic music with my mom’s side of the family, and all of those influences have impacted my own art,” Bradbery shared with Billboard. “Incredible music was released across all genres this year, so I wanted to mark this moment in time with my own versions of some of my favorites. I can’t wait for everyone to hear my take on these songs.”

The two additional “Yours Truly: 2018” songs, also massive hits from the past year, will be released in the coming weeks.

“Slow Burn (Yours Truly: 2018)” will be available everywhere next Friday, Dec. 28, with “Psycho (Yours Truly: 2018)” to follow on Friday, Jan. 4.

This project follows Bradbery’s recent release of
I DON’T BELIEVE WE’VE MET (THE VOCALS | Amazon UKUK iTunes), featuring the stripped-back vocal tracks of emotional album cuts “Worth It,” “Human Diary” and “Potential.” She is currently writing for her third album and will hit the road as direct support for select dates on Kane Brown’s Live Forever Tour in 2019.

About Danielle Bradbery
Twenty-two-year-old, multi-faceted artist Danielle Bradbery has stepped into her own lane with sophomore album I Don’t Believe We’ve Met, out now on BMLG Records. As the title suggests, Bradbery re-introduced herself after taking time since her debut LP to focus on the writing process and, for the first time, infusing her own story into her songs – penning seven of the album’s 10 tracks. Lead single “Sway” perfectly infused her R&B, soul and country influences, while empowering follow-up anthem “Worth It” led to national TV performances of the emotional tune on NBC’s “TODAY” and “The Voice.” Bradbery most recently hit the radio airwaves with “Goodbye Summer,” a fresh take on album cut “Hello Summer” with Thomas Rhett adding a male perspective to the seasonal story of love and heartbreak. The Texas native has worked on fine-tuning her unique sound since getting her start winning Season 4 of NBC’s “The Voice” and was nominated this year for ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year as well as CMT Breakthrough Video of the Year and CMT Performance of the Year. She will join Kane Brown's Live Forever Tour as direct support for select dates in 2019.
