The COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME (HOF) inducted its class of 2019 Sunday night (Oct 20) during a Medallion Ceremony held at the CMA THEATER inside the Country Music Hall Of Fame And Museum in NASHVILLE.

Various Country superstars performed tributes for each of the previously announced inductees, Brooks & Dunn, Ray Stevens and Jerry Bradley.

BROOKS & DUNN were honored by Brothers Osborne, who performed the Country duo’s 1991 hit , "Brand New Man." Trisha Yearwood and Luke Bryan also made appearances to perform the inductees' #1 songs, "Believe," and "Red Dirt Road," respectively.

Country singer-comedian RAY STEVENS was recognized by fellow HOF member Ricky Skaggs, who performed with Bluegrass musician Justin Moses on Stevens' 1975 cross-genre hit, "Misty." Former GRAND OLE OPRY announcer and Ryman Hospitality WSM-A/NASHVILLE personality Keith Bilbrey and comedian James Gregory gave their version of the inductee’s comedic classic, "The Streak." Gospel quartet The McRary Sisters took on the song they originally recorded with Stevens, "Everything Is Beautiful."

"When word got out that I was going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, people would come to me and say, 'Well, it's about time,'" Stevens said during his induction speech. "I'd say, 'Anytime is a good time to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.' It don't get no better than this."

"It's a long way from a sock hop in a South Georgia high school gym where I played piano with a little four-piece band to this place here tonight," shared Stevens. "A lot of folks in this room have been there … that's part of the life we've chosen. But nobody chooses to be up here. We can dream about it, but we can't plan on it or choose it. We have to be chosen. Let me say how sweet it is to be chosen to be here tonight."

As part of the Class of 2019, Stevens was inducted into the "Veterans Era Artist" category, along with Brooks & Dunn in the "Modern Era Artist" category and record producer Jerry Bradley in the "Non-Performer" category.

The CMA (Country Music Association) created the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1961 to recognize noteworthy individuals for their outstanding contributions to the format: country music's highest honor.

Marty Stuart and Travis Tritt serenaded former label executive inductee JERRY BRADLEY, who ran RCA RECORDS from 1973-1982, by covering the song "Good Hearted Woman," originally cut by Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. Bluegrass band Old Crow Medicine Show gave their rendition of ALABAMA's "Dixieland Delight," and BRITISH Country singer-songwriter YOLA performed the Dolly Parton classic, "Jolene."

The evening closed with HOF member REBA MCENTIRE and THE MCRARY SISTERS performing the timeless tune, "Will The Circle Be Unbroken." Find more information on the ceremony here.
