Roisin O’Hagan releases new single 'Miss You Like June'

Roisin O'Hagan London and Essex based country/pop artist and Fender Undiscovered Artist 2018 finalist.

New single, 'Miss You Like June', dropped 23rd November 2018.

‘Miss You Like June’ is the latest single from country/pop artist and Fender Undiscovered Artist 2018 finalist Roisin O’Hagan. The release follows a busy summer for the London and Essex based singer-songwriter which included becoming a Fender Undiscovered Artist 2018 finalist, airplay on various BBC Radio Stations and on Chris Country Radio as Baylen Leonard’s Record Of The Week, support from BBC Music Introducing and the endorsement of Matt Malley (Counting Crows bassist and Oscar-nominated songwriter) followed by a visit to his LA home and studios.

“Miss You Like June is a song full of country sparkle that charts the course of a long-term relationship. It’s about going through the first fights and the bumps in the road together and, ultimately, valuing that person all the more for it. All of those moments, the good and the bad, can flash by and you want to experience and remember everything. Loving someone should be about looking forward to the future, living in the now and missing the early days.” - Roisin O’Hagan

Roisin O’Hagan is a country/pop singer-songwriter and Fender Undiscovered Artist of the Year 2018 finalist.

Able to produce lyrical hooks seemingly in her sleep, she writes catchy, heart-felt songs delivered with a voice that aches and captivates.

June 2018 saw the release of Roisin’s sparkly single ‘Drive’, which grabbed the attention of BBC Music Introducing in Essex and has received airplay on BBC Radio in Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

In July 2018, Roisin placed in the final three of the Fender Undiscovered Artist of the Year 2018 contest and was tipped by industry judges Max Helyer (You Me At Six) and Georgie Rogers (BBC 6 Music, Beats 1) for her vocals and songwriting ability.

She released a 4-track EP BLUE & GREY (Wet Feet Records | iTunes) on 10 Feb 2017 followed by single “Drive” on June 1, 2018 (iTunes)

PRESS
“Roisin has been slowly gaining fans and support across the country and across the industry and, if your ears are anything like mine, you’ll hear why.” - Baylen Leonard (TV & Radio Presenter, Creative Director of The Long Road Festival)

“If I had my own record label, I would sign Roisin immediately. She’s the half Irish daughter I never had. Her songwriting is top notch, vocal phrasing is brilliant and arrangements are ready for the world to discover. Join this party soon...it’s going to be a great one!” - Matt Malley (Counting Crows bass player and Oscar-nominated songwriter).
