NASHVILLE, TN. - (November 27, 2018) – Baton
Rouge, LA independent singer / songwriter, JT Lewis, aims
for his trophies and rewards in the outdoors as much as he dreams of winning
awards and accolades on stage. His 2018 debut self-released single, “Good
Times,” reached #68 on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart with new

Lewis, an avid hunter does not purchase any processed meat products, but harvests meat and fills his freezer with wild game he hunts himself. His most recent hunt bagged a robust eight point prized buck.
“It felt like something straight out of one of the hunting TV shows. It is not the easiest thing to be a new, young artist in Nashville, with limited time and an abnormal work schedule to scout, work and hunt as a new member of a big deer hunting club and have any measure of success,” said JT Lewis. “I devoted as much time as my schedule allowed, put the work in, and came out on top, with a freezer full of steaks and a tour van full of deer jerky.”
JT Lewis takes pride introducing youth, new and disabled hunters into the outdoors, working alongside groups such as NWTF Wheelin’ Sportsmen and Trinity Outdoors Disabled Adventures (TODA). Opportunities with these organizations bless thousands of individuals from hunting, fishing, camping, and summer faith based camps and change lives by offering positive influence on those who are struggling and bringing life into those who once thought they could participate in outdoor activities anymore.

It was during a TODA event where JT Lewis met one of his biggest fans, Eden
Thornton, a young girl with cerebral palsy, when Lewis invited her on stage and
sang "Amazing Grace" to her. An instant friendship and bond were
created through the outdoors event and music. An example pf the testament and
devotion to his fans, JT recently drove to Magee, MS from Nashville and
