The Long Road Festival are excited to announce that Grammy-nominated Californian Country-pop singer Cam (playing Sunday),, BAFTA Rising Star nominee Jessie Buckley (playing Saturday), who has wowed audiences playing a Country singer in the new movie Wild Rose,  Nashville-based singer-songwriter Jillian Jacqueline (playing Saturday), lead singer of honeyhoney Suzanne Santo and Grammy-winning US Country singer Suzy Bogguss (playing Sunday) are amongst the names added to our spectacular line-up at this year’s The Long Road festival.

Also joining the line-up is American comedian, writer and musician Rich Hall, who will bring you his acclaimed Hoedown show (“Immaculate wordplay imbued with a genuine passion for the songwriter’s craft” **** The Times). The performance will mark our first foray into comedy and will see Hall celebrating all things Country and Americana with his riotous bluegrass backing band.

‘Southern Comfort presents Southern Sounds’ will take over The Front Porch stage on Sunday 8th. Celebrating the spirit of New Orleans, the Southern Sounds programme will feature performances from Sean McConnell, Bill and the Belles, Beth Snapp, Amy Speace, Arkansas Dave, Austin Jenckes and Drew Young Band.

Stanford Hall

Stanford Hall is a beautiful stately home set in 700 acres and located in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside, near Stanford on Avon. Avenues of established, majestic trees radiate in all directions from the Hall, most prominently the North Avenue which stretches as far as the eye can see. Woodland, ridge and furrow pasture and ancient remains of buildings of a previous age and the enclosed rose garden nurture an atmosphere of profound tranquillity and peace.
