(Nashville, Tenn. – Sept 2018) Singer-songwriter Ana Cristina Cash is preparing for the holidays with My Christmas Collection, a unique compilation featuring eleven all-time favorite holiday classics and one original song.

The full album will be will be released on Oct. 26 and available for pre-order through all digital retailers on Sept. 28. Upon pre-order, fans will immediately receive the Instant Grat tracks, “O Holy Night” and “Carol of The Bells (God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen).” "O Holy Night" will serve as the album's focal track and will be sent to radio through PlayMPE. “ I am very proud of this record and I hope that people will add it to their personal and family holiday collections,” said Ana.
My Christmas Collection was produced by John Carter Cash and recorded at the historic Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee . The compilation features everything from a captivating bilingual track, “Silent Night (Noche de Paz),” that showcases Ana Cristina’s rich voice, outstanding harmonies and Hispanic American heritage to a heart-warming duet, “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” with John Carter Cash.

“Recording ‘My Christmas Collection’ has been a huge passion project for me. I have always dreamed of creating a traditional Christmas album for as long as I can remember,"  commented Ana. “We spent three and a half years working on it at the Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, TN. It was a wonderful experience to have my husband, John Carter Cash, at the helm of the project, producing it. I wanted all of the classic holiday songs to have a timeless and warm feel to them, so we added various elements to the orchestral arrangements such as strings and horns.” She went on to say, “The original song on the album, ‘Santa Claus Is Real,’ was a fun and lighthearted co-write for John and me that details Santa’s visit on Christmas Eve. Probably one of the most intricate and detailed recordings of my career is the ‘Carol of the Bells/God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen’ track on this album. I am the only person doing the various vocal parts, essentially becoming a one-woman-choir, and we ended up with over 200 of my vocal tracks for the song.”

Ana Cristina Cash was raised in Miami, Florida. Ana, of Cuban descent, is bi-lingual and began a professional career in music at the tender age of six. She quickly became an accomplished champion of the singing competitions on the variety show, “Sabado Gigante.” Ana’s recordings showcase her broad vocal range, from a deep resonating contralto to an amazing soaring soprano, revealing what is known to some as a “whistle register.” Ana Cristina was signed to Sony Music’s Latin division at the age of 15 and recorded her debut album, Ana Cristina, in the Spanish language. Ana went on to be the first Hispanic American to perform the “Star Spangled Banner” for a presidential inauguration for President Bush in 2005. In 2016, she married music producer, John Carter Cash, and has since been writing and recording the music she was born to sing. Ana’s music perfectly blends her connection with rockabilly and gritty blues, adding in a flavor of country and soul to create her own distinctive sound.

American singer-songwriter Ana Cristina Cash is to release her latest project, The Tough Love EP, featuring co-written material with husband and producer, John Carter Cash, on March 14th. This highly anticipated body of work encourages with confidence and southern attitude.
“Ever since I was a child, music has been my most trustworthy companion. I have always taken it everywhere with me. It fills me up completely and I’ve never felt alone,” said Cash. “I remember feeling the music deep in my bones. I still do. When I began songwriting, I merged melodies and music to paint a picture of the inner workings of my soul. No matter the human framework of a tough, guarded exterior, the mind and emotions are dazzlingly complex. The Tough Love EP is my own personal sonic spectrum of these inner complexities.”

Recorded at the historical Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee, The Tough Love EP showcases Cash's vocal range with brilliant ease and rootsy soul. Influenced by long nights of singing in dusty bar rooms and hours turning up scratched blues and rockabilly vinyl records, Cash reaches deep as her songs explore and surpass new boundaries. A focal track on the project is a unique interpretation of John Anderson’s “Seminole Wind” in which was exclusively featured via
Country Rebel. The first single from the EP, “Tough Love Woman” will be available soon.
“The songs on her new record have ‘a dark and mysterious flair,’ and that flair is obvious in ‘Seminole Wind,’” said Country Rebel. “Her rendition is beautifully haunting, so much in fact that it is sure to give you goosebumps when you hear it.”
