NEW MUSIC: Tucker Beathard's debut album DEAR SOMEONE - Available Nov 17th

Nashville, TN - Nov. 3, 2017
Singer/songwriter Tucker Beathard will lay all his cards on the table when he delivers his debut studio album DEAR SOMEONE, announcing today that his refreshingly-honest 13-track offering will be released November 17 on Big Machine Records.  A prolific songwriter, Beathard has writing, as well as drums, electric and acoustic guitar credits on the upcoming release that captures the friction and fuel that fires an artist coming into his own on his own terms.  NPR shared more insight into the "persuasive first album's" release with an exclusive interview with Beathard, along with a First Listen of “Boys Who Make The Noise,” this morning here.

Recognized by Pitchfork as “one of country music’s hottest young acts,” Beathard made an immediate impression with his debut Top 5 anthem, “Rock On.” Beathard seized the platform of a hit single and played upwards of 200 shows in a year, including some of the biggest festivals in the country, all with the determination to reach as many audiences with his music as possible. Beathard kicked off the stacked season earlier this year at Stagecoach Festival, where following his set OC Register declared he is "ready for the big time.” Other touring highlights included his appearance at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, which was spotlighted by Rolling Stone as one of “6 Best Country And Americana Moments” of the weekend. Beathard then trekked to Chicago for a set at Lollapalooza where he was the only Country artist featured on the lineup this year. Between his rigorous touring schedule, or while he is otherwise in the studio writing and recording, Beathard is continuing to cultivate the strong relationship he has with his fans.

Tucker Beathard’s unruly new “Momma And Jesus" music video

Tucker Beathard’s unruly new “Momma And Jesus" music video filled
with ‘Jackass Style’ moments premieres exclusively on Noisey

Nashville, TN - Jan. 23, 2017
Breakout singer/songwriter Tucker Beathard is trailblazing his own path, premiering the new music video for his second " hot, smokin', Southern rockin', good old-fashioned tuneage” single “Momma And Jesus” exclusively on Noisey  (Monday Jan 23, 2017)
Defiantly distinguishing himself from the pack, the jaw-dropping video directed by Wes Edwards, takes fearless cues from the rebellious nature of his "bad boy anthem” (Taste Of Country), with Beathard joined by his bandmates and longtime buddies as they wreak havoc across Nashville, TN.
While Beathard orchestrated and unflinchingly participated in various mischief ranging from paintball in women’s lingerie to riding naked on a pedal tavern down Broadway and launching himself over a ramp on a motorbike, the hired stunt man couldn’t even stand the risks and walked off the set mid-shoot.

"As one of five siblings, if you asked my Mom who she most worried about getting into trouble, I’m going to guess it was probably me,” said Beathard. “I grew up as huge fan of shows like ‘Jackass’ and ‘Ridiculousness’ where they did crazy stunts like this and so the video shoot was an excuse to have fun and do stupid stuff. When the stunt coordinator quit and walked off the set that afternoon, I remember the head of my label Scott Borchetta called and said, ‘I’m fine with you doing this, but please just don’t kill yourself.’  It was pretty funny…they probably knew that I was going to do it anyway, but he was cool and just let me do my thing. It was awesome to just mess around with my best friends and make a unique music video. I can be reserved and introverted at times, but anyone who really knows me will not be shocked by it.”

Beathard’s current single “Momma And Jesus,” highlighted by Billboard for "the singer’s innate vocals and country twang permeate through the rock-infused arrangement as he sings about his troublesome behavior and seeks forgiveness from the track’s titular subjects,” is making waves at country radio and follows his debut Top 5 summer anthem “Rock On.” Both songs are taken from Beathard’s recently released FIGHT LIKE HELL EP, which showcases his self-taught musicianship, with lead guitar and drum credits throughout the six-track collection. Following a breakout 2016 that saw him further his “meteoric rise,” (MSN) Beathard continues "generally blowing folks' minds with his catalog of heartbreak-heavy tunes” (Vice) this past weekend executing a show-stopping Grand Ole Opry debut, as he stepped into the Circle for the first time with just a guitar. Armed with a relentless touring nature, Beathard undertook almost 200 live performances last year and is kicking off 2017 on Brantley Gilbert’s The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour beginning February 2 in Reading, PA.

Tucker Beathard's Breakout Year!

TUCKER BEATHARD’S BREAKOUT YEAR MEASURED WITH A TRIP AROUND
THE WORLD AND TO THE TOP OF THE CHARTS
Beathard Breaks Curfew During Final Memorable Headlining European Date To Fulfill Fan Requests

Nashville, TN - Dec. 7, 2016
Singer/ Songwriter Tucker Beathard is wrapping a landmark year, as he closed out headlining dates in Europe this week, as part of his second trip across the pond in the space of just a few months.

With an instantly captivating on-stage presence that stems from being a born storyteller through his music, Beathard first made an impression overseas earlier this year when he "wowed the audience from the start with his stage presence, wit and, of course, good music,” (Think Country).

He returned for an unforgettable, significant stint to already fiercely-attentive crowds in Dublin, IE, London, UK, culminating in Glasgow, UK on 12/5.  Beathard, immersed in the palpable connection in the room, welcomed fan requests throughout the night that saw him playing underground demos and fan-favorites while breaking the venue’s curfew to gratify the impassioned audience.
“When I played in Europe a few months ago, it definitely felt like something clicked, but I definitely didn’t know just how much,” said Beathard.  “The connection I felt with the fans over there this time was pretty intense,  they had done their research since I’d played last time and it showed. The songs they were asking me for, singing along to, it was insane and fired me up to keep going until they kicked all of us out of there!’

On multiple “Artists To Watch” lists including The Bobby Bones Show, Huffington Post, Rolling Stone, MySpace, Taste Of Country and recently singled out as one of MusicRow's "2017 Next Big Thing," Beathard owned the year as a breakout artist on superstar Dierks Bentley’s tour “generally blowing folks' minds with his catalog of heartbreak-heavy tunes” (Vice).  The tour saw Beathard’s live momentum gain, as his debut Top 5 single and summer anthem “Rock On” climbed the charts, amassing almost 16 million streams on Spotify alone as Rolling Stone noted “he flips a switch when he gets on Bentley's massive stage, getting audiences fired up."

As Beathard’s "meteoric rise" (MSN) continued, and with a family history deep-rooted in football, ESPN exclusively announced that he would headline his first-ever ROCK ON COLLEGE TOUR hitting “Big Ten Conference” towns.  The string of dates saw Beathard showcase that "his country-rock infused live shows is one fans will be talking about long after the encore,” (Sounds Like Nashville) and culminated in a full-circle moment with a sold-out show in Iowa City, IA where his quarterback brother C.J.’s Hawkeyes beat Michigan on the same day. CMT Hot 20 sat down with the brothers to reflect on the special day here.
Shortly following the announcement of his headlining tour, Entertainment Weekly exclusively announced the release of Beathard's fiery FIGHT LIKE HELL EP (Dot Records) that shot to the top of the iTunes Country Chart.  Critics praised the “much buzzed about singer/songwriter’s” (PEOPLE) collection for “lyrics [that] are personal, but accessible" (Taste Of Country). Following the success of his debut single “Rock On,” Beathard revealed the rebellious “Momma And Jesus” as his second single to Country radio, taken from the EP. Most added in its debut week, Billboard highlighted the single as “the hallmark of an introspective writer: thoughtful, different,” while RARE Country praised "as with all of the music that has come out of Tucker thus far, it perfectly tells his truth.”

With limitless milestones ahead, Beathard will make his much-anticipated Grand Ole Opry debut in 2017 on January 14, where he will take to the hallowed stage at the Ryman for the first time. A relentless touring nature, evident in the almost 200 performances Beathard has undertaken this year,  Tucker will head out on Brantley Gilbert’s The Devil Don’t Sleep Tour kicking off on February 2 in Reading, PA. For more information and a full list of tour dates:

Tucker Beathard announces defiant "Momma And Jesus" as new single

TUCKER BEATHARD CONTINUES TO CARVE
HIS OWN PATH WITH "MOMMA AND JESUS”
 - AVAILABLE TO RADIO TODAY

Beathard Kicked Off His ROCK ON COLLEGE TOUR This Past Weekend
Capped Off With An Electrifying Performance at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, IL

Nashville, TN - Oct. 18, 2016- Breakout singer/songwriter Tucker Beathard releases the defiant and electrifying "Momma And Jesus" as his second single to country radio today.   Co-written with Deric Ruttan and Jonathan Singleton, Beathard plays a stand-out guitar riff on the track that is influenced by his instinctive drumming ability.  With a  "nod to his wayward ways” (
Rolling Stone) the lyrics write the narrative of Beathard’s childhood and his penchant to push boundaries and break rules, all in the name of a good time.

Already garnering attention as a standout release,
Billboard spotlighted "Momma And Jesus" as “the hallmark of an introspective writer: thoughtful, different,” heralding the lyrical content, that those with even the slightest rebellious streak can identify.  The track is available on Beathard’s recently released FIGHT LIKE HELL EP.

“I started playing drums when I was about two or three years old and with this song it’s like playing percussion but on my guitar," said Beathard.

“In a lot of ways I was a typical teenager, getting into trouble and doing things I shouldn’t, and I definitely pushed things a little too far a time or two.

My mom raised and is still raising five kids, and it takes a strong woman to steer us all in the right direction.

I have so much respect for the job she’s done.   I know at some point she probably wanted to ship me off to military school or something, but she stuck with me!”

Making an impression as "the new country voice that is stopping fans in their tracks" (
RARE) and furthering his "meteoric rise"
(MSN/Wonderwall) Beathard kicked off his first-ever headlining ROCK ON COLLEGE TOUR this past weekend, continuing a stint that will see Beathard etch closer to almost 200 performances slated for this year.  Joined by special guest Aubrie Sellers, and with a family history steeped in football, the string of dates will hit “Big Ten Conference” towns.  Beathard will also return to Europe for the second time this year, for headlining dates beginning in Dublin, IE on 12/3. Tucker Beathard gets scrappy with “Fight Like Hell” EP

TUCKER BEATHARD GETS SCRAPPY WITH
“FIGHT LIKE HELL” EP - AVAILABLE 10/7
Entertainment Weekly exclusively sheds light on the 6-track set written by Beathard

Nashville, TN - Sept. 7, 2016 - Rising country singer/songwriter Tucker Beathard’s competitive spirit shines brightly on his new EP FIGHT LIKE HELL.  Entertainment Weekly exclusively revealed more details on the six-track release all co-written by Beathard and slated for release on Oct. 7.

A self-taught musician, Beathard also plays both lead guitar and drums on the new release. Watch Beathard as he shares more details on the EP here:

A born songwriter, FIGHT LIKE HELL will give fans a deeper insight into “country breakout” (Entertainment Weekly) Beathard’s innate ability to create unique turns of phrases and connect with audiences.  "20-10 Tennessee," a standout track, uses a football game as a metaphor for a relationship and the EP's title track is an impactful call to action.  "Home Sweet USA” is a reflective, patriotic anthem, while "I'll Take On The World With You" evokes a teenage nostalgia, in Beathard's ode to the strong bond he shares with his brothers. The EP will also include Beathard's debut breakout single "Rock On,” that with a quiet confidence has captivated the attention of country radio and is currently closing in on the Top 5.
“I’m always either writing songs or so focused on the next show, the next setlist that I kind of forget to look around at all that is happening...I haven’t quite wrapped my head around having a Top 10 single yet,” said Tucker Beathard. “The songs on the EP kind of represent a timeline of songwriting for me with 'Home Sweet USA' being one of the first songs I ever wrote, and ‘I’ll Take On The World With You’ was written just a few months ago."

FIGHT LIKE HELL Track List:

1. I’ll Take On The World With You
Tucker Beathard, Dan Isbell, Jonathan Singleton
