An extensive street week takes Watson straight to the fans with multiple radio events in Houston and Dallas on June 21.  The following day, he heads north to Minneapolis, Minnesota to play the “Moondance Jammin’ Country” festival playing directly in front of Brothers Osborne. 
Returning to Texas on June 24, Watson is a featured guest on the ”Pat Gray: Unleashed” and "The Glenn Beck Program” radio shows and the “News And Why It Matters - Overtime” TV Show with Sarah Gonzales.  Later that night, he’ll guest on the nationally syndicated “Tige and Daniel Show” followed by an album signing party at Ernest Tubb Record Shop on Broadway in Nashville (6PM).  

On June 25, fans can catch him at BMI’s Rooftop On The Row and later on the Grand Ole Opry performing and signing copies of Red Bandana. He will be a guest of Bill Cody’s on WSM’s “Coffee, Country & Cody” on June 26 (6am) and heads to Memphis for a show at Kix on Beale that evening. Watson guests on the Bobby Bones Show on June 28 before making a triumphant return home to Abilene for a show at the Expo Center of Taylor County, followed by a June 29 show at White Oak Music Hall in Houston. The US country star extended his Saturday night set to step in for Carrie Underwood, who cancelled performances due to health reasons

LONDON, UK - (Tues 11th Sept 2018) - With current single ‘Run Wild Horses’ (>> YouTube) climbing the US country radio charts and making waves on the international scene with radio play on the UK’s 24/7 station Chris Country and across the BBC regional network, Aaron Watson wrapped his latest tour of the UK this weekend, stepping in to upgrade an already planned set at the new The Long Road festival in Leicestershire, to a 90-minute Saturday night headline performance. In his 15+ year career as an independent artist Watson has played over 2,500 shows both in the US and overseas, with nearly half a million headline tickets sold in the last 18 months alone, so he was well positioned to step in at the last minute when Carrie Underwood had to cancel her appearance due to illness.

Fans were treated to a full band set made up of songs from ‘Vaquero’, #1 album ‘The Underdog’, and further back in the Aaron Watson songbook, as well as a couple of carefully-selected covers from his country & rock influences. Music site Your Life In A Song described the performance as ”legendary... Every country festival needs a cowboy and they don’t come much bigger and better than Aaron Watson”; while uDiscover Music said Watson “seized the bill-topping opportunity, with songs from the true tradition of country that had fans taking their partners and dancing into the night.

Aaron Watson’s 14-track LIVE AT THE WORLD’S BIGGEST RODEO SHOW (Big Label Records | Amazon UK - UK iTunes - Amazon.com) fell short of Billboard Top Country Albums but made a bow at No.12 on the Country Sales listing selling 2,000 copies.

Recorded live opening night of the 2017 Rodeo Houston, Watson’s 14th album marks the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Harvey’s landfall in his home state of Texas. A portion of the proceeds ($1.41 of each album sold) will benefit the Rebuild Texas Fund.
