NASHVILLE, TENN. (Thursday, June 12th, 2025) — Rising singer-songwriter-country artist, Paulina Jayne, proudly announced the release of her latest single, “Each Time I Fell”.

Co-written by Paulina Jayne, renowned hit songwriter, Rob Crosby, and Paulina’s very own mother, Deborah F. O’Brien, the song delivers an infectious blend of heartfelt storytelling and upbeat, revitalizing joy.

With its blend of honest storytelling, country energy and gospel-tinged soul, “Each Time I Fell” is a self-effacing anthem that captures the humor, resilience and hope found in life’s stumbles. It’s a message of perseverance — sometimes you may get it wrong, sometimes you may get it right, but there is grace for the imperfect journey and a whole lot of laughter along the way.

This track was recorded at the famous Welcome to 1979 studio with a highly respected team of musicians and engineers. Paulina Jayne brought her self-produced demo to Mike Hicks. He selected and directed an all-star band to bring the song to life the old-fashioned way with: Mike Hicks (piano/B3), Terence F. Clark (drums/percussion), Steve Mackey (bass), and Nate Dugger (electric/acoustic guitar). Jeremy Bernstein was the lead recording engineer and Ebony Haymer and Brandon Clark assisted. Vocal powerhouses Emoni Wilkins, Devonne Fowlkes and Ron Poindexter brought the gospel choir energy to an unforgettable vocal session at Ocean Way Studios with recording engineer, Tate Sablatura. Garrett Miller recorded Paulina's energetic vocal. Sean Moffitt and Joe Causey carried the recording across the finish line with mixing and mastering.

Her #1 hit cowriter, Rob Crosby, said, "some of the up-and-coming young artists I've written with are Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson, Ashley McBryde, Lee Brice and Eric Paslay. Paulina Jayne shines among these talents as a rising star.  Her voice, her musicianship, her writing talent, and her spirit make her a joy to work with! I'm writing some of the best songs of my career with her. I can't wait to hear them on the radio, and watch them catch fire on the internet as she releases them!"

The lyric depicts a story of two past lovers reflecting on what they once had and the plea to get back there again. The production leans on a strong back beat from Terence Clark, a plethura of acoustical instruments played by Paulina, quirky electric guitars by Nate Dugger and Jonny Fung, dynamic low end bass played by Steve Mackey and a keys line and B3 lifting the high end by Mike Hicks.

Paulina and Mike Hicks (Rascal Flatts, Keb’Mo’, NoBigDyl) produced this record at Welcome to 1979. Jeremy Bernstein tracked the session with assistants, Brandon Clark and Ebony Haymer. Jackson Badgley mixed the record and Sam Moses (Moses Mastering) mastered it.

"If a Keith Urban track, the feeling of nostalgia, heartache, some 1970s drum sounds, regret and a mid-2000s pop song had a baby, this song would be the byproduct. We've all been here - wishing we could go back to something we can't have anymore. I wrote half of this song driving up I-75N and finished it with the incomparable, Rob Crosby," says Paulina.

"'After the Party's Over' started as a poem. Food, guitars, string lights, red solo cups, blue adirondack chairs in the back yard, a roaring fire pit, conversation in every corner of the house and a little napkin with a number scribbled on it - the picture of a party I had once thrown. I wrote this lyrical poem to take you on a reminiscent journey of the parties passed, the times we'll remember and the nights we'll forget with the people we love the most. The music makes you feel the rise of the adrenaline and the crash, the nostalgia and the promise you make with your friends that they'll always come back over."
