Country Country Singer/Songwriter Debbie Nunn announces 'Live The Dream' as the
first single to be released from her new up and coming EP.
The
singer released the new upbeat single on 28th June 2019.
Debbie shared: "When myself and Spencer (husband) wrote
this song, we knew it was special. This song is for everyone who has dreamed
and dared to live the dream.
Whether you've dreamed of climbing a mountain, dreamed of being
a fireman or firewoman. First, you have to dream it, then believe it, then live
it.
The new single 'Live The Dream' has been written
and produced by Spencer Jaye and Debbie Nunn.
The single was promoted as a prime cut on the July promotional Hotdisc
#247. It made a debut on the Hotdisc Top 40 at No.38 (chart
dated July 7, 2019) climbing to No.30, No.26, No.24 in the following
weeks and peaked at No.22 (#7 on the British & Irish top 10)
on the chart datedAug 4,
2019 before retreating to No.34 (Aug 11).

with her fans Debbie said: ‘I’m
so excited for this lyric video, the song ‘Live the Dream’ is all about
following your dreams and never giving up. We wanted to tell a story within
this lyric video, a story of a little girl with big dreams, she travels to a
big city, signs her first record deal and performs at the Grand Ole Opry. The
illustrations really add to the song and its’ lyrics, making it not just fun to
listen to but also a lot of fun to watch".

with her third country outing with the release of single “I've Enjoyed As Much... “

Previously her songs were self-penned but here the lyrics are
written by ‘Kicking Eagle’.
With its soft and gorgeous feel, the cover artwork (caressing a guitar) is in sharp
contrast to the subject matter with an unvarnished number that is blunt and brutally
honest!
A song with-a-bite, the sharp wordplay seemingly slices and dismisses
an Ex where the speak-as-you-find lyrics cast aside his hollow words. It draws
a line in the sand that this relationship is well and truly over and there is
no turning back.

The chorus lines describe a lady whose had enough of those wearisome,
frustrating, and lonely tearful days. She is ready to seek out better times in

Sharpening her honest rough-hewn vocal chops this is arguably Sabrina’s
best effort to date and strangely despite the subject matter its quite the bouncy
little number!
There’s some stirring country instrumentation with sweet harmonies
and a sound lead vocal underpinned with a sweeping steel and rasping guitar
riff in the bridge section.
All those pretty things said are how worthless junk (despite sadly
falling for them in the past) and she no longer requires his services, though
joking spills “But I thank you for this song!! It’s time to move on dude
because this lady surely has!

enjoyed as much of you as I can stand
The raw energy, gritty octaves and a soaring heavy tone has led
her producer to draw comparisons to pop/rock US singer Pat Benetar.
This is a commendable offering and look forward to what might come
next should she find herself in better place emotionally and lovingly. However,
those breakups provide a depth of heartache material.

It made its debut on the top 40 at #37 (chart
week April 8) and so far in 6 chart frames peaked at #31 and No.8 on the British & Irish Chart listing (chart May 13)
Each song I have written resonates with my own life experiences
involving pain, loss of loved ones, betrayal, love and most importantly never
losing hope or faith.
Sabrina
Maria started singing from an early age and has always had a passion
for music.
On March 2, 2017, she released
her debut single 'Survivor' (available on iTunes) after quite a journey to get to
this point. It was a birthday present to her late father who used to say
"do something with the gift that God has given you".

The second HotdiscCountry Music Awards took place on New Years
Eve Sunday 31st December 2017 broadcast on Sky TV Channel 389. The 2017 Hotdisc Awards programme was transmitted on the Keep It Country TV channel, Britain's only 24-hour country music station, available on Sky TV 389,FreeSat Channel 319 and FreeView Channel 87. The programme repeated Thurs 5th January and again on Sat 7th January 2017.

Each award was given based on the chart performances of all
acts throughout 2017. Every chart was put together exclusively by ratings from
European DJs who contribute monthly to giving feedback based entirely on
merit.
In the Hotdisc Main
Chart each song received 20 points
for making No.1 down to 1 point for position No.20.
In the British &
Irish Top 10 chart, each No.1
song received 10 points down to 1 point for a No.10 record.
AWARDS BASED PURELY ON MERIT
It's an Awards Show totally free from
the hype of public votes which are open to manipulation so the
recipients of the attractive laser-etched crystal Hotdisc Awards (and
indeed all the nominees) knew that their achievement has come from their
peers.
There is no online voting to determine nominees
the only industry panel (country
music media people and technical TV/film reps who are used to working in video
and so had technical expertise to bring to the table)used was to short list two categories - Best British & Irish Video and Best International Video.
There was an original list of 30 which were selected
from this year’s videos.
These werewhittled down to a final 5 in each category with the help of a sub panel of
experts. An exclusive trustworthy panel was then invited to decide which video would
win in the two categories. Each panellist placed them in order of preference
from 1 to 5 in the British and International categories and returned the results
by 13th December. Once all the votes
were compiled the winners were then announced on December 31st.
It was an important aspect of Hotdisc that the
awards went to the rightful winner on merit as voted for by people in the
industry rather than a poll where friends, families and fans can manipulate results!
Hotdisc determined that this will NEVER happen, and it is totally transparent.
GREATER CLARITY
A new addition for even greater clarity was to publish the actual scores the
top nominees compiled over the 2017 Hotdisc Year. It used the same system as 2016
but CEO Stuart Cameron wanted to be more transparent by showing results of all
categories.
Hotdisc it appears is the only British Country Awards
that reveals all results and how they are achieved.
Hotdisc also increased nominees from 4 to 5 in
each category.

Coffey Anderson's No.1 got 248 points. How does
the points system work? If Hotdisc goes out to 700+ contacts and they all gave
it 5 that would be 3,500 points?
ANSWER: 20pts
for number 1, 1pt for number 20 during
each songs chart life
Heidi Raye (371 points) beat out Coffey
Anderson (248 points) to win Best Newcomer but doesn't have No.1 slot on
Year-End Hotdisc chart. How does her 371 points stack up with fewer No1 weeks?
ANSWER: We added all Heidi Rayes' chart
performances up. Coffey only released one single - Heidi had two big hits.
Heidi had 2 singles with 2 separate totals
"Worth A Shot" (202 Points) added to "Junkyard"
(173 Points) = 375 overall points for the year.
* Note * There was a slight difference in
points between the Awards and the Top 30 of 2017. The Awards had a cut-off pointbefore the final chart
of the year (Hotdisc had to compile and verify the results and get all the trophies
engraved), but nothing which affected the results outcome.

Johnson's British & Irish Single win? 105 points on cut-off Awards show,
114 points on the Hotdisc Year-end chart?
ANSWER: On the British & Irish Chart it’s 10pts for number 1, 1pt for number 10 during

In the first chart (dated Sunday Jan 7, 2018) of 2018 Judge
Talford Band gave way after a second week at number 1 with their bluegrass
cover of Kansas' 1980s rock classic, "Carry On My Wayward Son."
Taking their place at the
top of the chart was Nick Brennan
after four weeks in a row at the runner-up position. His new number 1 was
"I Want A Girl."
In the British & Irish
chart Philomena Begley made it 3
weeks at number 1 with her biographical single "My Life, My Music, My Memories."

a debut at #11 with Rusty Rierson's
