Rising Singer-Songwriter QUEEVA prepares to release her debut Album, How Do You Know, July 12

(Nashville, Tenn. 2019) – At only 15 years-old, up-and-coming songstress QUEEVA prepares to set free her debut album How Do You Know on July 14. The budding songwriter co-wrote every track on the album with mentor and hit songwriter Jamie O’Neal, who is also credited as producer of the album.

Following the CMT.com world premiere of her music video for “How Do You Know,” the rising singer-songwriter continues to garner a list of accolades, having appeared on Nickelodeon’s Fresh Faces, capturing over one million streams on Spotify and YouTube, and landing on multiple Spotify playlists including Fresh Finds: CountryWild Country and Pop-Co, while also reaching overseas audiences appearing on Spotify’s In Viaggio playlist (Italian for “In Travel”).

Published on Apr 24, 2019 QUEEVA - How Do You Know (Official Music Video) 95,263 views:

Aside from having the direction and support from chart-topping songwriter and powerhouse vocalist, Jamie O’Neal, the promising songstress teamed up with a long list of accomplished writers including Rob Crosby (Luke Combs, Eric Paslay, Trace Adkins), Stephanie Bentley (Martina McBride, Gloriana) and Lisa Drew (Love and Theft, Martina McBride).

Release Date: July 12, 2019
Label: CMD Music
9 Tracks
Total Length: 27:41

Captivating the attention of all age groups, young audiences strongly relate while older audiences fondly reminisce of their first love.  QUEEVA (Real name is Caoimhe McDonagh) co-wrote “How Do You Know” alongside hit-songwriting duo O’Neal and Shaye Smith, who together penned O’Neal’s hits “There Is No Arizona” and “Somebody's Hero,” as well as Martina McBride’s “How Far.”

Empowerment is a running theme on the 9-track release, which is filled with words of wisdom far beyond the youngster’s tender age of 15. “We spend so much time trying to be something we are not. I wanted to write songs that inspire my generation to not be a follower and let their true colors show,” QUEEVA stated.
Encouraging words of self-love and confidence flow out of songs like “Stand Out” and “Who You Really Are,” declaring that one should always, “Stand out from the ordinary crowd, never let em’ hold you down.”
“Going Back” acts as an ode to her mother’s homeland of Galway, Ireland, starting with a prominent country fiddle and carried out with subtle underlying Celtic backdrop throughout, while track whimsical track “Young, Wild and Free” reminisces about simpler days in emerald isle, “Ireland is my happy place where I’m surrounded by family and music.”
The album will be available through all digital platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and more.

Born in Chicago, IL, QUEEVA was raised with five siblings in a creative Irish clan speaking both Gaelic and English and dividing her time between the US and Ireland. In fact, her name, sometimes spelled Caoimhe, means, "gentle," "beautiful" or "precious" in that language.  Early on, QUEEVA gravitated to Country music’s greatest storyteller-artists who were skilled in illumining their everyday experiences in a song. She then went on to compete in talent contests all over. QUEEVA started to earn a name for herself at a very early age when she landed national TV spots, including an acting role in an episode of Chicago Fire, a role in a Build-a-Bear commercial, among others.  By age nine, she caught the attention of Jamie O'Neal and under O’Neal’s guidance, QUEEVA found her unique, fresh style as a songwriter and artist, which is reflected in her songs.

Kelsea Ballerini rules the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart with fifth career No. 1, “Miss Me More

“MISS ME MORE” MARKS FIFTH CAREER COUNTRY RADIO #1
FOR KELSEA BALLERINI

Black River Entertainment recording artist KELSEA BALLERINI rules the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart this week with her fifth career No. 1, “Miss Me More.” Notching the first chart-topping single for a female artist in Country music in 15 months, Ballerini was also the last woman in the genre to hit No. 1 with “Legends” in February 2018.

“Miss Me More”(writers David Hodges, Brett McLaughlin and Ballerini) rose 3-1 netting 27275 points ( +3557) with 8,421 radio spins (+1151) and a 49.974 million audience (+6.702 million) from 156 tracking stations (156 ADDS) for the tracking week June 2 to June 8, 2019 and published chart dated June 10, 2019.

“Whether it’s a partner, friend, colleague, situation, or chapter of life, sometimes we lose a piece of ourselves to someone,” shares Ballerini. "This song is all about choosing to spend our energy in a way that lets us be the best version of ourselves for the right people – when they come along. I’m so proud that this song and message got the megaphone of Country radio. Thank you so much for this #1!”

Additionally, Ballerini is the only female artist in Country music, including female duos and groups, to achieve No. 1 with her first three consecutive singles – PLATINUM-certified “Love Me Like You Mean It,” “Dibs,” “Peter Pan” – from a debut album [GOLD-certified THE FIRST TIME].

Black River’s SVP of Radio Promotion Mike Wilson finds this No. 1 song especially sweet, “Special thanks to Country Radio for all of the support on Kelsea. You have been big supporters of this song since you first heard it, and now, this is the icing on the cake.”

As seen on
Billboard’s This Week’s 5 Must-Hear Songs and with more than 1.5 billion career global streams, “Miss Me More” is Ballerini’s eighth career GOLD-certified single. Penning the bold anthem with David Hodges and Brett McLaughlin, the smash hit recently inspired her widely-successful first headline arena tour – THE MISS ME MORE TOUR – with BRETT YOUNG (plus special guest BRANDON RATCLIFF).

Spotlighting her “powerful voice and magnetic energy” (
Entertainment Tonight), her “bold and brazen performance” (Entertainment Tonight) of “Miss Me More” at last week’s 2019 CMT Music Awards was noted among several “Best Performance” lists including The Washington Post and Redbook.

The knockout nominated music video has earned more than 11 million streams on YouTube. Watch “Miss Me More” here:

On the audience based Billboard Country Airplay chart (dated June 15, 2019) “Miss Me More” moved 3-2 in its 33rd chart frame netting a 35.589 million audience (+3.999 million) and 7,674 radio spins (+ 811). It was one place behind Big Loud’s Morgan Wallen’s 2-week No.1 Whiskey Glasses (37.247 million audience, down -3.973 million; 7,237 spins).

Will the Black River team (Mike Wilson, Bill Macky) continue to push the song to bag a second week at #1 on Mediabase in the hope of snagging an additional Billboard Country Airplay No.1?
There was a 2.6 million audience gap between Morgan Wallen’s declining song.
As of Wednesday June 12, on the Mediabase chart Miss Me More held at No.1 with 7,729 spins and a 45.764 audience (down 4.2 million) with Warner Music Nashville pushing the climbing Brett Eldredge single “Love Someone” (7,310 spins; 43.824 audience).

Following the award show with a Thursday (6/6) slot during this year’s CMA Fest, “Kelsea Ballerini wows the crowd on day one,” hailed People, as she played a handful of hits including a surprise onstage collaboration of her “arena-ready anthem” (Billboard), “This Feeling,” with THE CHAINSMOKERS. Making Billboard’s “Best Collaborations” list, CMT also applauded Ballerini and her special guests when they “turned the stadium into a club.”

Fresh off hosting her third consecutive year of ABC’s
CMA Fest with THOMAS RHETT, the three-hour primetime concert airs at 8/7c p.m. on August 4 from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN.

** BREAKING NEWS **

Ballerini appeared as a celebrity guest artist in a new episode of Songland, NBC’s brand-new songwriting competition which aired Tuesday at 10/9c p.m. Award winning singer-songwriter Shane McAnally tweeted:
So happy that someone from MY turf is coming to NBCSongland! She's a lyrical & melodic magician. I've learned so much from Kelsea Ballerini & tonight you'll get a masterclass in songwriting from the woman who currently has the #1 song at country radio! KelseaBallerini’s love language - a little bit of sass with a lot of sentiment.
The Black River artiste has picked "Better Luck Next Time" as her next single during her appearance. Watch the episode here (US residents only).
Billboard shared: It was co-written by the show's contestant Darius Coleman, Ryan Tedder and Ballerini. "I'm so over you/Got myself together/You're out of my mind/Now all that I can say is/Better luck next time," she sings in an uncharacteristically yet refreshing pop tune about getting cheated on. Track Available on iTunes, Spotify and Most Digital Retail & Streaming Outlets

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov 2018) – Irish-born, country music recording artist and global entertainer Mags (Mags McCarthy) celebrated the “the reason for the season,” and shared her hope and cheer with her original holiday tune titled, “I Never Believed In Santa Claus (Until You Came To Town).

Co-written alongside Michael Anthony (and produced by Anthony/Emerald Field Productions), the track was distributed to country radio (Nov 8, 2018) and made available via all digital retail outlets (Apple Music/Spotify/Amazon - https://digital-delivery-services.lnk.to/MYycOPR)

Recorded in Nashville, the musical composition is in keeping with the traditional sounds of country holiday classics. Featuring Mags' performance on fiddle, the upbeat, two-step shuffle renews hope and recalls that love is the most precious and giving present of all.

A fine upbeat, humorous original Christmas toe-tapper which bounces along real nice.
Looking out from a window on a cold wintry scene, pondering life, as children’s smiling faces take in the wonder of the season the surprise arrival of Santa lifts the spirits from a joyless existence from a once disbeliever to bring forth laughs, happiness and shake off sadness and those painful Christmas blues! As the holiday begins to fade away there is hope that the love for life will continue each and every day.

THE HOLIDAYS, THEY COME AND GO
NOW I LOVE THAT TIME OF YEAR
STILL HOPING I MIGHT CATCH A GLIMPSE
OF THE ONE WHO IS SO DEAR
YOUR GIFT WAS NOT SOMETHING
THAT WILL BREAK - OR FADE AWAY
IT'S THE KIND OF LOVE WE ALL SHOULD HAVE
EACH AND EVERY DAY

"I believe, the spirit of Christmas and the hope that the Season, and Santa, bring should be a sentiment that we share with one another all year long," Mags said. "This tune is a gentle reminder of the joyful heart that Santa represents, and the meaningful gestures of unwavering kindness and generosity that we should share as our daily gift to one another."

Telling All My Secrets Amasses 20,000 Units, Best Country
First-Week Showing For Major Label Debut Album This Year

Telling All My Secrets Album Release Tour Resumes Jan. 4

Nashville, Tenn. – Breakthrough singer/songwriter Mitchell Tenpenny achieves country’s biggest new artist debut of 2018 this week. On Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, Tenpenny makes his first album entry by amassing 20,000 units of his Telling All My Secrets (Riser House/Columbia Nashville), the best first-week showing for a major label country debut album this year.

This week’s second-highest charting non-seasonal country album, Telling All My Secrets claimed No.5 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart (total album equivalent consumption) and No.1 on Nielsen Music’s Top Current Country Albums chart (traditional album sales).

Released on December 14, Tenpenny’s album features the Gold-certified #1 airplay smash “Drunk Me,” which was lauded by the New York Times as one of the Best Songs of the Year (all genres) and made multiple Amazon Music “Most Played” and “Best Of” year-end lists. Telling All My Secrets is available to download and stream HERE.

“What an incredible gift I received on Christmas Eve,” remarked Mitchell Tenpenny. “I was so pleasantly surprised with the news that Telling All My Secrets debuted on the Billboard album chart in such a huge way!

Tenpenny emphasized, “I can’t say this enough: What’s happening in my life right now is something I’ve always dreamed about! I have to thank the producers, co-writers, musicians, engineers and mixers on the album, as well as my incredible fans, friends, band members, management, booking agency, record label and publishing company team members.” He added, “I also send a special shout out to country radio, brand partners, music industry supporters, media critics and other artists who have embraced what I do.

“From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you all for changing my life in 2018!”

Growing up on Music Row under the watchful eye of his grandmother, industry veteran and first female CEO of Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Donna Hilley, Tenpenny is no stranger to the Music Row houses where he crafted his Riser House/Columbia Nashville debut album. The soulful vocalist wrote 56 songs in preparation for the album narrowing it down to 11 strong tracks, which include his No.1 hit, “Drunk Me,” and the singer/songwriter’s next single, “Alcohol You Later,” due out in January. Schmidt and co-penned the song with Schmidt and Justin Wilson. Now totaling over 125 million streams, “Drunk Me” officially impacted country radio on March 26, garnering 60 combined Billboard and Country Aircheck/Mediabase stations. With 52 Mediabase adds, this cinched Tenpenny’s impact add week total to be the best for a country debut single in two years. In fact, the last country artist to achieve this many impact week adds was Tenpenny’s label mate Maren Morris with her debut single, “My Church” in January 2016. Upon its release, “Drunk Me” also made chart history by achieving the highest entry ever for a new artist on Nielsen’s On Demand Audio Core Country Streaming chart. The single debuted at No. 39 with a total of 1.5 million streams.
Recently, Tenpenny announced taking the celebration of his album release to the people who have supported him all along: the fans.
