The 10-track Christmas album made a debut at No.11 on the Country Album Sales selling 1,800 copies.
The new album
also features the spirited original, “Baby! It’s Christmas,” which captures
Jessie at her vocal best, belting out a radiant tapestry of homespun holiday
scenes affectionately unfurled to kick off this Christmas season!
The 10-track
album (an additional track “My Favorite Holiday” is available
exclusively via Target CD purchases)
finds Jessie displaying both her countrified command of the holiday repertoire
and her ability to put her trademark vocal notches on some of the season’s best
loved treasures.
Among the tracks
are “It’s
the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” with its infectious-retro
backbeat complementing Jessie’s joyful embrace of the song, “The
Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire),” Jessie giving it
a slightly more up tempo pacing completed by twangy guitars and her authentic
down-home vocal that sets it apart from other renditions. The sultry “Santa
Baby” coos and carouses, while the Jessified “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,”
finds the star strutting her stuff around the evergreen and earning a place
alongside Brenda Lee’s definitive version of the holiday staple.
“Wonderful
Day,” is another original gem with Jessie vocally capturing memorable
snapshots of the season. It tells the story of Decker’s version of the perfect
holiday day spent with her husband. She sings in the chorus, “The countdown
begins / I can’t imagine it without ya / Ain’t it fun, everybody is feeling the
love / It’s a wonderful day / Feeling so good to have you home for the holiday
/ And I can’t wait to unwrap you / Hey, it’s a wonderful day on this holiday /
And I can’t wait to spend it with you”.

“Christmas in Cabo” is an island vibe tune about spending Christmas on the beach in Cabo, rather than in the cold weather. Decker sings in the chorus, “Spending Christmas in Cabo / So long Chicago / I need sun rays on this holiday/ Taking shots of tequila / So long, we’ll see ya / Let’s have our fun by the sea, adios”.
Her plaintive “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”
achingly rises to the song’s heartfelt sentiment, with the Latin-tinged
“Christmas In Cabo” destined to become a classic holiday getaway song.
To celebrate the release, Jessie will be performing a
holiday-themed show at City Winery in Nashville on December 5. The intimate
performance will feature special guests and showcase the diverse songs from her
Epic Records holiday debut album. Fans can purchase tickets to the show HERE! Jessie has also been announced as
part of the star-studded lineup for the 2019 Stagecoach Music Festival, held in
Indio, CA next spring. The 13th edition
of the annual California fest will take place from April 26-28, with Jessie
taking the stage on Saturday, April 27.

album launch follows a busy autumn for the charismatic star. Recently, the
