Breelan Angel
Announces Pre-Sale for the Oct. 2nd
Release of DIAMOND IN
A RHINESTONE WORLD
Baytown,
Texas -- Breelan Angel is
releasing her newest recording, DIAMOND IN A RHINESTONE WORLD, on Friday,
October 2, 2015 through MisBhavin' Records.
Following the success of her
debut album, DIRTY LITTLE
SECRETS, the new 7-track EP will be available on iTunes,
Amazon, Google Play, all major digital retailers, and on Angel's website
through INgrooves Music Group and indieExtreme; a pre-order is available now at
UK iTunes, iTunes, Amazon.com and
Google Play.
The lyric video of the opening
track, "Rub a
Little Dirt On It" (written by Angel with producer Trent Willmon and Tommy Karlas),
features Angel enjoying summertime fun with friend and
fellow Texas Country artist, Hunter
Hutchinson, as she sings this lighthearted tune.
Check out and share the lyric
video to Rub a
Little Dirt On It which is one of Breelans fav new songs from the upcoming
EP
Breelan shares: “This tune came out of thin air when Trent
threw out a line about “rubbing a little dirt on it.” I’m a southern girl: I
love to hunt, fish, go mudding on four-wheelers, and pretty much any other
outdoor activity you can think of! This tune is right up my alley with catchy
and light-hearted lyrics about just having fun”.
Diamond In A
Rhinestone World
Working with artist and producer Trent Willmon (Cody Johnson, Josh Grider, Curtis
Grimes), Angel and team have written and recorded a
standout EP that fully defines her classic sound; featuring five
co-written songs and two outside cuts, each track is a vivid echo of Angel's
southern personality and style. Building on a trademark independent spirit and
crafty, clever lyrics that are delivered with vocals steeped in country
tradition, her talent is on full display as she settles in to capture every
moment of life as a twenty-something in song.

"DIAMOND IN A RHINESTONE
WORLD is such a
special project and we are excited to get it out to country music fans," Angel exclaimed.
"The songs are a reflection of
the pivotal time people my age are facing as they start thinking about settling
down and making a life for themselves. An unplanned theme of 'diamonds' charts
this course and the songs brought to life on this record touch on this and
other forward-looking themes in a real and emotional way."
Inspired by Loretta Lynn, Shania Twain, Reba, and other strong female artists, Angel's fiery nature is ever present as she
wields a shotgun on the cover and sings of taking a break from the stresses of
life to songs like "Rub a Little Dirt On It" and "Drinkin' Round It."Known
for sending a message to be true to one's self, Angel illustrates
this notion with the tongue-in-cheek title track, "Rhinestone World," and the demanding "Coal Digger." Selections like "Nothing Cuts Like a Diamond" and "Winnebago" are more longing in nature while aiming
straight for the heart.
Quick
to assure that DIAMOND IN A RHINESTONE
WORLD is very much “true to life,” Breelan knows that fans are looking for
material filled with country color, raw emotion and southern charm.
“I had a lot of time to write for DLS since
it was a collection of moments I had gone through over the years, but this
record came to life in a matter of months,” she stated. “Knowing exactly
who I am right now made it that much easier to choose the songs for this
record. Even the two outside cuts were spot on with some of what I've gone
through since my last album.”
Reflecting
on the past and looking towards the future, Breelan continues to build up her
live performance and is looking forward to introducing new music on the road.
In addition, as she heads out on radio tours and makes special appearances to
introduce DIAMOND IN A RHINESTONE WORLD to fans, old and new, she hopes for as
positive a reception as her previous music
Breakout chart while "Pocket Change" (written with Texas mainstay Bri
Bagwell) was a Top 20 on the Texas
Regional Radio Report; and celebrating as her most recent
single, "She Made
Your Bed," topped the Hotdisc Top 40 chart in Europe for two consecutive
weeks.
Currently, Angel is scheduling radio tours and
performances in support of "She
Made Your Bed" and
looking forward to the first single from DIAMOND IN A RHINESTONE WORLD,
which will be announced in the coming weeks.
