Twisselman is no stranger to large crowds. She's entertained music lovers at Fairs and Festivals throughout California and Nevada, and opened for top-tier acts Florida Georgia Line, Lee Brice and Frankie Ballard. Her last show in Nashville was at the famed Bluebird Café. "Having the chance to meet fans and sign autographs in the NCVC booth, and performing again in Music City will be a fantastic experience," shares the petite blonde. "Trite but true: it's been a dream for me for a long time."
Callie is currrently promoting her latest
single, the playful "Party Lights."
The release, the title track of her
well-received 2015 EP, follows her two previous Top 30 MusicRow CountryBreakout Chart hits: the poignant
"Breathe" and the catchy up-tempo "Hung Me On The Line."
The two singles and their companion videos have
taken Twisselmand from regional acclaim to the national stage. The
artistically-rendered clips have aired in over 100 MILLIOIN homes (Country Fix
TV, Headlines & Global News, TCN), and an acoustic version of her newest
video can be found HERE.
A conceptual video will follow.

ABOUT CALLIE TWISSELMAN
Raised on her close-knit family's
seventh-generation grain and cattle ranch in Cholame, California, Callie grew
up riding horses, team roping and competing in area rodeos. Her mom sang
in a Country band, and this star-in-the-making names Dolly Parton, George
Strait, Johnny Cash and Shania Twain as musical influences. Callie caught
her own case of "stage fever" at the age of 10 and she's been
performing ever since. A passionate singer/songwriter, she is spreading
her wings and expanding her own touring base. She supports the Oral
Cancer Foundation.
Formerly Known as Callie Bobsin, now Callie
Twisselman, she was slated to be set for a big year in 2015.
She shared: "Breathe is a song I wrote this past year, and it really has a deep
meaning to it for me, but what i love about it is anyone can really take it and
portray there own thoughts and how they connect to it. Coming into the new year
and putting out this single, just made me want to go back to my roots where
music all started for me."
Which for Callie, starts from a name that has
been in her family for 7 generations, Twisselman.
Being a songwriter, Callie has written most of
all the songs she’s recorded. She says whether it is from a first or second
person perogative, she enjoys taking the emotions of people and making them
into art.
"Sometimes,
I write from things that are going on in my life. But, I also write about
friends and family around me. Anything that is real."
The story of Callie Twisselman is one that is
heavily dotted with music, as well as family. "I grew up on my dad’s grain and cattle ranch. I lived next to my
grandparents, aunts, and uncles. There wasn’t really anyone else around but us
for about twenty miles or so. You had to drive a little bit to go to school,"
she laughingly recalled.
Her next single “Hung Me On The Line” (Sugar Cube Records) went to radio August 3, 2015. After 21 chart weeks it reached #29 on the Music Row breakout chart (dated April 28, 2016) receiving 1,074 radio spins/ 41 reports.

On May 2, 2016 Callie released her new radio single "Party Lights", the title track of her EP, also written by Callie.
"Party Lights" was described as: “a
fun upbeat song that will be this summers anthem”. Review from 360
Magazine
One Stop
Country (Single Review)… She
instantly sets the scene in the opening verse with the line, “I don’t know
where this is goin,” all I know is I’m headed out to a house party.” But, she
also alludes that she is attending the get-together as the musical
entertainment when she sings of having her guitar, a brand new set of strings,
etc.
Vivid details in the
second verse such as the specific types of drinks that they’re serving and the
crowd responding to her music by singing along with her, takes us directly to
the party. The infectious chorus is kept very simple, with several “ohhhh’s” giving
the listeners plenty of opportunity to sing-a-long…..
