Simon has just released his new melodic and thought-provoking single "Vintage Photo Frame" on new label Inspire Records on Feb 9th.
It was co-written by Charlotte Elizabeth and performed live in the WCR FM studio. The song made a debut at #3 on the UK iTunes Country Singles Chart.
With its acoustic opening, the
sparse song with gentle percussion and soft electric guitar underpins the
heartbreaker track.
It's a childhood tale about growing apart from a strict and heartless grand parent who sadly becomes a distant memory.
As the tears fall the positive is using that bitter heavy heart experience to pass down to a child of one's own to instil in them kindness in every way whilst allowing them the space to run free.

Simon also took the opportunity to showcase new material with the love-and-lost

Fronted by Charlotte Elizabeth Board and her business
partner Matt Bishop (Honey Ryder

originally started the concept, they are aiming to market themselves as a boutique record label to then take the
artists to a big label with a view to getting them signed and as a platform
for the unknown artists building their profile as a stepping stone to the next
point in their career.
On third Feb 3, 2017 Charlotte
released her 6-song project EP SURVIVE (CEI Events; iTunes)
inspired by Charlotte’s fight against cancer when younger. As the songwriter
Charlotte asked UK musicians to record the songs. The lead-off single ‘Shatter

and co-written with Stuart Landon was released on Oct 14, 2016 landing a #4 UK iTunes Country Singles peak (#318
overall UK Singles chart).

writing, producing and mixing
for artists in a studio set in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside.
They will work with each
artist to help them create and record
music in their own unique style, sourcing session musicians and using
creative techniques to bring out the best in every piece.
They've worked with many
artists over time witnessing the challenges they face creating a complete
product from their music. Assisting in this enterprise they will provide
packages such as CD manufacture and duplication, website design, photos plus much more.
Their recording studio is equipped with the latest in digital recording technology to ensure an excellent sound quality at every stage during the recording, mixing and mastering process.
They record using an extremely
high spec Apple Mac Pro with the
latest audio software available. Additionally, they have a wide range of
outboard gear including Neve and Millennia pre amps - "No job is too small or too big for us at our
recording studio and we can offer production and session playing from a range
of professional musicians".

ensure that they deliver the right passion and dedication that we would expect
if it was our event.
Branching out Inspire Music is
heading out to California in April with
plans for a Nashville visit in May.
On Feb 13th Belles and Gals (who promote female
country acts) agreed a partnership with
Inspire Music as part of the launch party in Stoke. Its aim is creating joint
live-music ventures combining experience, both within the country music
industry and the wider music scene. They hope to create a truly special live

- Catherine Richards - A Pop Singer, actress and dancer who hails from Brierley Hill, Birmingham. In January she announced that she had signed an Artist Development contract with Inspire Music. On August 17, 2017, after
weeks of planning, Charlotte and Matt launched their very first Inspire Music
Acoustic & Networking nights in their hometown of Staffordshire at Blakeys Cafe Bar to a packed crowd.
These monthly nights are
Showcase opportunities for 4 different artists to perform their material
and to invite musicians of different genres so that they are introduced to each
other and everyone gets to network with people who wouldn’t normally cross
paths.

Nashville ("Europe's No.1 Country Music Station") first broadcast
on 8 Feb 2018. They talk about their project, plans for a Nashville visit in
May, and exciting news that there is brand new music in the pipeline from
Folk/rock band Honey Ryder!
On February 10th Inspire Records had their sold-out Record Label Launch Party at Fulford Village Hall in Stoke-on-Trent hosted by The Angels with Dirty Faces and 4 others attended by 220.
