After five albums — the double-platinum fourth was crowned Album of the Year in the US by the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music — West Virginia's favourite son has established a fresh sound and a distinct creative path. Rooted in traditional country sounds, yet as modern as a hybrid vehicle, Paisley's music draws on humour, sincerity, compassion, instrumental prowess and unique song topics to give him a style all his own.

Hugely popular with UK audiences, Brad last played on this side of the pond in 2017 when he headlined the C2C (Country To Country) Festival in London, Glasgow and Dublin. His most recent album Love And War (Arista Nashville/Sony Music) was also released in 2017 and featured guest spots from Mick Jagger, John Fogerty, country legend Bill Anderson and Timbaland.
Late 2018 saw the release of new single “Bucked Off,” a light-hearted breakup song, described by the multi-Platinum singer-songwriter as “turbo honky-tonk, reminiscent of ‘80s and ‘90s country but futuristic.” Paisley debuted the song at the “52nd Annual CMA Awards”, which he co-hosted for the 11th year with Carrie Underwood.

Brad Paisley is a critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, guitarist and entertainer whose talents have earned him numerous awards, including three GRAMMYs, two American Music Awards, 14 Academy of Country Music Awards and 14 Country Music Association Awards (including Entertainer of the Year), among many others. He has been a proud member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2001. Paisley has written 21 of his 24 #1 hits and has accumulated over 20 million career total worldwide album sales, track downloads and streaming equivalents. His 11th studio album, LOVE AND WAR, which was released April 21, 2017, was his 9th consecutive studio album to debut #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart (Chart dated May 13, 2017; earning 29,000 equivalent album units; 25,577 in pure sales) in its first week (ending April 27), according to Nielsen Music. On the all-genre Billboard 200, the set made a bow at No.13.

Chart History: He first ruled with his third album, MUD ON THE TIRES, which bowed at No.1 on Aug. 9, 2003 (with 86,000 sold). He followed with the leaders TIME WELL WASTED (2005; 193,000 debut sales), 5TH GEAR (2007; 197,000 sales), PLAY (2008; 54,000), AMERICAN SATURDAY NIGHT (2009; 130,000 sales), THIS IS COUNTRY MUSIC (May 23, 2011; 152,598 sales), WHEELHOUSE (April 9, 2013; 100,441 sales) and MOONSHINE IN THE TRUNK (Aug 26, 2014; 53,312 sales).
Paisley’s first set, WHO NEEDS PICTURES, released June 1, 1999, debuted on the Top Country Albums chart dated June 19, 1999, at No.29 (selling 4,000 copies) and peaked at No.13 that November. It was certified Gold on April 10, 2000 and then Platinum on Feb 27, 2001 for 1 Million sales.
