NASHVILLE,
Tenn. Nashville-based artist, Gracie Carol, releases
new single, 'Hallucinating'.
“This song was inspired
by Kelsea Ballerini‘s “Peter Pan”, I sang it so much out I wrote my version
about my life”
GRACIE CAROL AUFDERBECK AKA “Gracie Carol” is a 21-year-old, home
grown girl from Cincinnati who was driven to Nashville by her love of singing
and passion of performing.
"I wrote Hallucinating with my friend Ted Skolits, who also produced the song as well," explains Gracie. "From a previous write, I got the inspiration from a hallucinating situation. When I was with my co-writer, Ted, I explained to him the idea. Immediately, we started coming up with different things the hallucinations could be about."

Hallucinating paints the story of a girl who believes she is
hallucinating every time she is with someone special because she believes it
could be too good to be true. She essentially doesn't want her heart to
know that her mind feels like it's hallucinating.
In the summer of 2014, Gracie Carol performed along side Country Music Legend Keith Urban on his Raise 'Em Up Tour at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, OH. At 17 years of age she presented her take on Miranda Lambert’s part of “We Were Us” to a crowd of 20,000 people.
Her achievements and milestones made a young Gracie Carol realize that she had a place in the music industry, but it is the small moments that keep her going. Now living in Nashville, TN, Gracie recently graduated from Belmont University getting a Bachelor's Degree in Music (Instagram) studying Commercial Music Voice with an emphasis in Music Business.
She continues to grow as an
artist making new music everyday with the hopes that her face will be
recognized with those of “The Next Women of Country.”
Her previous
singles include Neverland (released 24 May 2019 Amazon UK - UK iTunes ) and
Storm Chaser (released 30 Nov
2018 iTunes)
