Robyn Ottolini Reminisces About Life “In A Small Town” - New Single and Music Video Out

PLATINUM-SELLING BREAKOUT TALENT ROBYN OTTOLINI REMINISCES ABOUT LIFE “IN A SMALL TOWN” - NEW SINGLE AND MUSIC VIDEO OUT NOW

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 28, 2025) - Platinum-selling country singer-songwriter with over 160 million global streams, Robyn Ottolini, reminisces about life growing up in Uxbridge, Ontario and all the lessons learned along the way with new single “In A Small Town” - available now across all digital streaming platforms. Penned solo by Ottolini and produced by Lenny Pey and Ryan Rasmussen, the track the track serves as real life testament to Robyn’s blue collar roots and capabilities as a songwriter to tell a beautifully true and relatable story in an arrangement that challenges the norms. The accompanying music video, also out today, was directed by Ben Dartnell. While it was not filmed in Ottolini’s hometown, it was filmed in her present day small town on the outskirts of Nashville, and showcases the cycle of loving, hating, leaving, and eventually missing and returning to your small town, only to start a family and have those children repeat the same cycle.

“This song is so special to me. I wrote it alone but it feels like I wrote it with my whole town at the same time,” shares Ottolini. “My hometown shaped me in so many ways; the people, the loyalty, and even the tragedy’s. During the pandemic my town suggested via social media that I write a song about Uxbridge, ON. It ended up being specific to my life and small town experiences, but was instantly relatable to us all. From the crosses at the red light to the bar everyone goes to, you’ll never forget the landmarks, and if you’re lucky enough to be able to go back just to get an oil change from your pops, you can still run into people from high school at the grocery store. I know I still do.”

Ottolini’s “unflinchingly honest” (Taste of Country) storytelling combined with “her strong, talented voice and stunning personality” (Holler.) has cemented her place as one to watch in country music. Her breakout, platinum-certified single “F-150” went viral on TikTok, reached #3 on Rolling Stones’ All Genre Viral Chart, and helped her find her way “into the spotlight of country music armed with a fire in [her] heart for stardom and all that comes with it” (People). She has won a CCMA Award, scored three Top 40 singles on Billboard Canada’s Country chart, opened for legends like Shania Twain and Tim McGraw, and packed venues across Canada on her first headlining tour.

ABOUT ROBYN OTTOLINI
In country music, the very best narratives are almost always lifted from life’s messy playbook. Evocatively, sometimes playfully articulating everyday wins and losses is something of a songwriting super-power, and it’s one wholly possessed by the Nashville-based, platinum-selling artist, Robyn Ottolini.
Over five years, a quintet of EPs, and multiple dazzling singles, the trucker’s daughter from a blue-collar Canadian town has amassed more than 160 million streams – 60 million alone for her rip-snorting heartbreak smash “
F-150,” which incinerated TikTok while cementing Ottolini’s status as a supremely relatable lyricist able to make the ordinary scan as extraordinary.

Robyn is not only a CCMA Award winner but has reached the #3 spot on Rolling Stones’ All Genre Viral Chart, and had three Top 40 singles on Billboard’s Canadian country chart.
Ottolini has seen the likes of some of country music’s biggest festivals, and headlined shows across her native country, as well as opened up for Shania Twain, Tim McGraw, Breland and Tyler Rich, just to name a few.

Now, Robyn Ottolini is proudly independent, unrestrained and plans to release a clutch of electrifying, lived-in original songs all year long, kicked off with barnburner “Singin’ ‘Bout Cowboys,” now followed by “In A Small Town,” with more new tunes to follow leading to her hotly anticipated debut album.
