NEW YORK CITY, N.Y. – Less than a year since their last headlining show in New York at Joe’s Pub (capacity 250), Old Dominion returned to a sold-out crowd of more than 2,000 fans at PlayStation Theater in Manhattan on Saturday, Oct. 22. The road-built band Miranda Lamberthas tapped to join her on tour early next year, is currently criss-crossing the country on their own headlining tour which includes upcoming sold-out shows in Asbury Park, N.J., Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver and a two-night show in Chicago that follows the recent at-capacity shows in Philadelphia and New York City, plus multiple other major market sell-outs.
“Simply put, I have never seen an artist grow from Joe’s Pub to a sold-out PlayStation Theater in just a year,” AEG Live’s Adam Weiser said of the band Vice predicted is “on the cusp of superstardom." “It's amazing to watch and to know that the best has yet to come.”

Old Dominion’s 90-minute energetic set included “Nowhere Fast” and “Said Nobody” from their debut album, Meat and Candy, as well as the two-week No. 1 “Break Up With Him,” their Top 5 “Snapback” and their current single, “Song For Another Time,” which is Top 10 and climbing.

With dozens of songwriting credits to their name, the night’s set list spanned some of today’s biggest songs with the crowd at times so loud the band had to step away from their microphones to take it all in.

“We’re just starting our headlining tour, it’s called the Meat and Candy Tour,” Ramsey addressed the crowd during their set on Saturday night after finishing “Til It’s Over” saying,We’ve only played a couple of shows, but the thing that’s sticking out is … you guys sing songs like that, that have never been played on the radio before. And it makes us really proud of the album we made.”
