Nashville trailblazer, Ayla Brown, is celebrating
Valentine's Day with the release of her brand new single "Take
Your Name." Available now on iTunes and on digital streaming
platforms, the single is an upbeat track about being in love with your best
friend. Brown explains: "It's simply about falling in love, and wanting to
take your partner's last name. I wrote it by myself on a plane, and it's been
one of my favorite songs I've ever written by myself."

Ayla is known primarily from her time on the hit TV show, American Idol, but since her departure from the show in 2006, she has gained fans all throughout the country playing basketball in the ACC for Boston College, being a national news contributor for The Early Show on CBS, singing the National Anthem for the Philadelphia 76ers for 20,000 fans per night, her standing ovation Grand Ole Opry performance, and her constant touring and TV appearances throughout the country. Ayla
has released four country music studio albums and a number of singles. Her
most recent anticipated single, “Take Your Name,” is an upbeat,
catchy song about being in love with your best friend/boyfriend/girlfriend
and wanting to take their last name for life. This single is being
released on Valentine’s Day, 2017 and Ayla will be singing the song live in New
York City, and releasing it to Radio.
