Speaking
about the launch of ‘LTV’ Lisa said, “We have been thinking about doing
something like this for a while, and Facebook live is the perfect platform to
do this! It’s something new and exciting that we hope people will enjoy, we’ll
start on Wednesday evening and who know’s where it will go from here!’
Born and raised in the countryside of Glasgow with her parents, Lisa grew up alongside her sister and two brothers. With her mum and dad having firm roots in Ireland, her mum from Falcarragh in Donegal and dad from Castlederg in Tyrone, Lisa was always a regular to Irish shores.
With her talent growing each day and immense drive and determination, Lisa’s ambition to pursue a career in country music grew and in June 2010 she left her job in her dad’s construction business and moved to Ireland.
Lisa
took a leap of faith and made the move across the Irish Sea aged just 22.
She came to prominence after entering an Irish TV talent show Glór Tíre and it wasn’t long before her band was formed and she began touring the country, the glamorous Glaswegian hasn’t looked back since Lisa released the album WILDFIRE in 2015 which peaked at #7 in the Irish charts; she also gained her own TV show ‘On the Road with Lisa’. Daniel O’Donnell perhaps best summed up Lisa’s impact when saying ‘The young country artist has dazzled the Irish country music scene with her style, charm and charisma’.
