(21 March 2025) Bristol based artiste Taynee Lord has released her
new single “Back to The Country”.
About the Song: The story behind Taynee Lord's new single 'Back to The
Country' is someone feeling suffocated by the crowded streets and fast paced
city life that they're craving wanting to move 'back to the country' so they
can feel peaceful and their own authentic self. The beat and build of the track
reflects a sense of urgency to highlight the lyrics, with the pedal steel
creating a dreamy emotion of wanting to leave the city to be free, keeping a
country music element to a rockier sound. Making the track a great driving song
for a road trip!
Taynee excitedly announced she was a Featured Artist on BBC Introducing
this week! Fans could tune in to hear her chat about her new single on Thursday
& Saturday eve, 8pm-10pm🤠🎶across BBC Radio Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset and Gloucester.
"An amazing fusion of rock and country ...an absolute anthem" – BBC Bristol BBC Sounds
Listen to the edited audio segment below:
Among the clang of electric guitars Taynee Lord sits upon her vocal
throne, producing a heady mix of anthemic hooks and commanding lyrics. Taynee
claims to be “No queen bee” but prepare yourself for high octane country twang,
walking bass and songs that tuck themselves into a bed of twisted pop. Taynee
Lord gives you music for sunsets and highways from Bristol to Nashville. Taynee
founded her 5 piece band which quickly took shape in Bristol in late 2018
recording their debut EP 'If Only' in January 2019. 2024 started with Taynee
releasing her newest single ‘Heavy Air’ with a dazzling, eye catching music
video which has been raved about by many blogs, BBC Radio and radio
stations worldwide. The summer of 2024 saw many more festival appearances for
Taynee and her band performing at Lakefest, Country Road, The Royal Bath and
West Show & Festival on the Hills alongside many others. Taynee Lord has an
exciting future ahead with new music releases planned for 2025. Read her
full bio here.

Eric
Church’s “Hands Of Time”
Is The Most Added
Kudos to Jimmy
Rector and the EMI Nashville crew on scoring 130 adds for Eric Church’s “Hands Of Time.”
Not only is this the largest add week in Church’s career, but it is also the
largest in the label’s 15 years.
Church’s
“Desperate Man” held both records previously with 116 adds on July 16, 2018.
The song earned
immediate praise upon its release last Thursday, March 20, with Stereogum lauding
the “juicy, fired-up Southern rocker about living in a world that increasingly
makes no sense to you;” Rolling Stone celebrating the
“nostalgic jukebox, full of allusions to songs and artists that were essential
to Church’s career: Bob Seger and ‘Hollywood Nights,’ Tom Petty and ‘Even the
Losers,’ AC/DC’s ‘Back in Black,’ and Willie and Waylon’s ‘Luckenbach, Texas,’
among them;” and Billboard honoring the way “the song builds
into a punchy, rock-fueled anthem as Church sings of turning to simple
pleasures – particularly music – to fend off the impact of the passing decades.”

close." The 79-year-old noted that Dean "suffered a great deal"
towards the end, and added, "I'm at peace that he's at peace, but that

me."

Having spent nearly a year
writing and refining the tracklist from his farm just outside of Nashville with
core collaborators, including producers Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome, the
process was reflective for Wallen, taking inventory of where he's been and
where he's headed – and not shying away from the past.
(20 March 2025) Eric Church, one of country music’s most fearless
storytellers, marks another ambitious and sonically rich chapter in his
groundbreaking career with Evangeline
vs. The Machine, available everywhere on May 2.
Pre-order/pre-save HERE.
A self-proclaimed “album artist,” Church has always championed
the power of cohesive storytelling, and Evangeline vs. The Machine is
no exception. “An album is a snapshot in time that lasts for all time,” Church
shares of the creative approach behind the highly-anticipated new
project. “I believe in that time-tested tradition of making records
that live and breathe as one piece of art – I think it’s important.”
(20 March 2025) Austin-based
singer/songwriter Taylor Rae unveiled her new single 'Telluride' featuring
a guest appearance by Grammy-nominated artist Sierra Hull. The latest to
release off her new album The Void (due out April 18, 2025),
the track arrives on the heels of her debut at SXSW, which prompted NPR
Music to name her to their Best of SXSW 2025 list and Austin Monthly
to feature her as a Must-See Local Artist at SXSW 2025. With a bluegrass-tinge
and steady groove, 'Telluride' is a windows-down, road-wary anthem that calls
to mind the likes of Petty’s 'Mary Jane’s Last Dance' or Zeppelin’s 'Going to
California'. It was featured on Relix who raved “‘Telluride’ is easy
listening and an ideal track for a journey on the road or of the heart.” Listen To
'Telluride' (feat. Sierra Hull) HERE
(21 March 2025) On the heels of
announcing the May 16 release date for his upcoming album, I’M THE
PROBLEM, Morgan Wallen is
offering fans two new songs off the project, “Just In Case” and “I’m A Little
Crazy;” the latter of which is the 37-song tracklist’s closing number. Listen
to “I’m A Little Crazy” HERE and
“Just In Case” HERE.
While “I’m A Little Crazy” is a quiet, self-reflective song that
looks inward while examining the world outside, “Just In Case” offers a side
that’s equal parts self-assured and vulnerable, as Wallen balances moving on
from a past love, while never fully letting go. Each song encapsulates what
this next chapter will usher in for Wallen as he digs deeper; providing a
glimpse into his life that feels more intimate, more grounded, and closer to
his core.
“Just In Case” was written by Wallen, John Byron, Jacob
Kasher Hindlin, Ryan Vojtesak, Josh Thompson, Blake Pendergrass and Alex Bak;
and “I’m A Little Crazy,” was written by Michael Hardy, Smith Ahnquist, Hunter
Phelps and Jameson Rodgers. Both songs were produced by Joey Moi, with Charlie
Handsome joining as co-producer for “Just In Case.”
(21 March 2025) Powerhouse
vocalist and savvy songwriter Avery Anna has released her latest song “Wish You Well”.
In the new track written by Avery along with David Fanning and
Jon Hume, the songstress finds the high road and chooses forgiveness in the aftermath of a rocky relationship.
Jon Hume, the songstress finds the high road and chooses forgiveness in the aftermath of a rocky relationship.
“‘Wish You Well’ is about
forgiveness, not forgetting, but letting someone go, and letting yourself get
over the things that people did to you, to hurt you, which is something that
I've had to do recently in my life” says Avery. “I hope that it
helps you forgive you”.
Last week, Avery shared her
rock-tinged take on the Patsy Cline classic, “Crazy”. Her soaring vocals
are front and center on the cover, available to stream exclusively on Amazon
Music. Earlier this year, Avery debuted “Mr. Predictable”,
marking a new era of music as her first solo song since her celebrated 2024
debut album, Breakup Over Breakfast. Holler noted that the track
“doubles down on the powerful, deeply vulnerable and conversational ambiance
the country prodigy has always laced into her music…that feels like she’s
drawing straight from her journal”.
Recently announced as a member
of the Opry NextStage class of 2025, Avery is also
currently climbing the radio charts with Sam Barber on their viral duet, “Indigo”.
