whom he shares a 4-year-old son named Indigo Wilder, has shared details about
the difficult circumstances under which she learned of her pregnancy. Wallen
and Smith were briefly engaged around late 2016 or early 2017; however, they
ended their engagement by 2019. Despite this, they maintained an intermittent
relationship, and she accompanied him on a tour that year.
In a recent episode of Bunnie Xo's Dumb Blonde podcast, Smith recounted an incident during the tour in
Canada, describing it as part of a recurring conflict in their relationship.
She explained that both parties had consumed alcohol and after a heated
argument, Wallen insisted she return home alone while still under the
influence. This situation was particularly daunting for her as she did not
consider herself proficient with navigating airports.

At its core, it's a simple story about one of the hardest nights of my life. We

The project opens with two standout covers: fellow
Asheville-area native Eric Church’s “Carolina,” one of the first songs Rice was

RIP
(2 March 2025) Dolly Parton announced on Monday that her husband
of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, had passed
away at the age of 82.
Unlike the vibrant 79-year-old country legend, Dean was a more private individual who did
not partake in the touring life and was seldom seen in public, with or
without Parton. Dean was last publicly photographed just over five years ago.
"Carl and I
spent many wonderful years together. Words can't do justice to the love we
shared for over 60 years. Thank you for your prayers and sympathy,"
the statement read. The "9-5"
singer met Dean outside a laundromat on the first day she arrived in Nashville
as an 18-year-old aspiring singer.
He is survived by
his siblings, Sandra and Donnie, Parton's statement said.
