Swedish newcomers Roscoe Parker Band discovered by Brad Paisley are announcing an album

Little did the Stockholm based country band Roscoe Parker Band know when they were booked to play at the inofficial Brad Paisley preparty.
A few hours before Brad Paisley entered the stage at the sold out show in Stockholm he surprised both fans and band when he walked into O’Connell’s bar.

VIdeo Live performance of Jackson Town:

– My band mate Roger saw Brad Paisley walk outside the window to the bar and went out to introduce himself. Brad Paisley came in to listen, said he liked our music (“Sounded great”?) and filmed our whole gig with his phone. He said he really enjoyed our music. We were a little starstruck, of course, but he was so nice! We’re truly grateful he wanted to spend time with us! Says Rickard Beurling, singer.

Roscoe Parker Band were founded in 2018 by Rickard Beurling and his friend Joakim Paulsson. The two met as teenagers living in “shittiest city of Sweden” Mjölby. They have now been accompanied by the pedal steel player Roger Gustafsson, Bass player Lars Söderberg and David Pärsson on keys.

Roscoe Parker Band are releasing their debut album early 2020. The third single from the album will be released in November 8 th this year. They say it will be “exciting to release a studio version of our showstopper”.
