NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (Monday, June 20, 2016) - RCA Nashville’s own Old Dominion, the band that is proving that they are indeed “on the cusp of superstardom” [Vice], released new single “Song For Another Time,” to Country radio airwaves today with 59 first-week chart reporting stations spinning the new single; making "Song For Another Time" one of the top new songs at Country radio this week.

“We are so excited for this song to have its moment,” says Matthew Ramsey of Old Dominion. “Music plays such a big role in everyone's life; especially in relationships. After we wrote this song, we knew it would be something people could relate to.
It's a song about losing love, fighting for love, and the soundtrack that goes along with that struggle. We are very proud of this one!”

NPR Music describes “Song For Another Time” as being “a songbook populated by Neil Diamond and Tom Petty, Van Morrison and John Mellencamp, George Strait and Katy Perry” adding “That's the lineage Old Dominion wants to claim.”
Hot off the news of the band’s debut single “Break Up With Him” reaching Platinum status by the RIAA, Old Dominion’s second single off Meat & Candy, “Snapback,” is now RIAA Gold-certified as well.
The band took time out of their never-ending touring schedule to visit the RIAA offices in Washington, D.C. last month where Cary Sherman, Chairman & CEO of the RIAA presented the band with a Gold Plaque for “Snapback.” Photo attached.

Fans can catch Old Dominion on tour this summer Kenny Chesney on the Spread The Love Tour with dates this week in Virgina Beach, Va. and Philadelphia, Pa.

About Old Dominion
RCA Nashville recording act Old Dominion has been writing songs and honing its live show in Music City for 10 years. While many of the group’s songs have been recorded by top artists including Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, The Band Perry, Chris Young and more, the group is currently focused on performing its own brand of country stripped down and raw but muscular enough to fit in on today’s country radio. Their recent debut single “Break Up With Him” spent two weeks at No.1 on the Country charts and was RIAA Gold-certified. The band released its debut full-length album Meat and Candy on Nov. 6, produced by GRAMMY Award winning songwriter/producer Shane McAnally. They will join Kenny Chesney’s Spread The Love Tour. Their new single “Snapback” is at Country Radio now.
