Brett Eldredge to celebrate new decade overseas with 2020 European Tour

NASHVILLE, TN / LONDON, UK – (June 18th, 2019) – With a seventh No. 1 US country single under his belt, Brett Eldredge is going global – again! An acclaimed entertainer as well as singer / songwriter, Eldredge kicked off 2019 at C2C Festival and will return to Europe at the beginning of next year for a run of headlining dates. The tour will include shows in Germany, Netherlands and stops all across the UK (full list below). Entertainment Focus described his most recent performances abroad as having “a magnetic prescence” and declared that “Eldredge could sing the phone book and we’d buy tickets to go watch him.”

“Playing on tour in Europe this year was such a musical game changer for me that we decided to book my very own European tour in 2020,” Eldredge said. “I am already buzzin’ to get back over and see you all... I hope you are ready!”

Pre-sale tickets for the eight-date run started Wednesday (June 19th at 10:00 AM; Live Nation;  local time to each city, noted below) and will go on sale to the general public at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 21 ( Ticketmaster UK). Eldredge is currently on the road this summer for several headlining dates as well as major fairs and festivals. He will also take to lower Broadway in just a few weeks to headline Nashville’s July 4th Celebration. CMT will air a 90-minute live special of Let Freedom Sing! that will include performances from the country star and one of the largest fireworks shows in the nation.

Eldredge will share his collection of seven No. 1 country songs, including this week’s chart-topper “
Love Someone” (Mediabase Chart) with fans at home and overseas. “Love Someone” which also climbs 4-2 on Billboard Country Airplay (chart dated June 22, 2019) hails from his self-titled album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales (all-genre) and Top Country Albums chart, and also features Top 5 Platinum-certified single “The Long Way.” In addition to select tour dates, Eldredge is currently writing and recording for his next project.

Singer-songwriter Brett Eldredges' sophomore album ILLINOIS debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and No. 3 on the Billboard top 200 Chart upon its release (43,670 copies sold. The album yielded the No. 1 single “Lose My Mind.”
The 2014 CMA New Artist of the Year artist co-wrote and co-produced every song on the 12 set disc, which followed on the heels of his 2013 debut album BRING YOU BACK (No. 11 Billboard 200 & No. 2  Top Country Albums chart; 21,000 copies sold in the U.S. in its debut week) which at the time marked the best start by a new male artist on Top Country Albums in nearly a year. The album had sold 183,000 copies in the U.S. as of June 2015. It debuted at #29 on the Billboard 200 & #2 Billboard Top Country albums (selling 14,080 copies chart dated Nov 19, 2016) and by January 2017 it had shifted 94,800 copies. A deluxe edition of the album dropped Oct 26, 2018, featuring 7 new songs.

Eldredge notched his second No.1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart (dated Aug. 26, 2017) when his SELF-TITLED third full-length (Atlantic/Warner Music Nashville; released Aug 4, 2017) arrived at the summit, earning 45,000 equivalent albums in its launch week, ending Aug. 10, according to Nielsen Music. With 36,195 copies sold, Eldredge was also the top-selling album of the week across all genres and therefore debuted at No.1 on the Top Album Sales chart. It had sold 89,000 copies in the US as of September 2018. "Somethin' I'm Good At" the lead single peaked at #21 on Country Airplay (Billboard). The second official single "The Long Way" (seventh Platinum single) peaked at #3 on Billboard Country Airplay & #7 on Hot Country Songs.

LUCKY NUMBER SEVEN: Third single "Love Someone" serviced to American country radio on June 18, 2018 has so far reached No.2 on Bilboard Country Airplay. He earned his seventh chart-topper when the “summery, feel-good ode to the butterflies spawned by a healthy relationship” (Rolling Stone), written by Eldredge with Ross Copperman and Heather Morgan, reached the top of the Mediabase / Country Aircheck country airplay chart (published June 17, 2019) moving 4-1 (25782 points; 7,895 spins, 46.934 million audience) and has topped 75 million streams.



The singer / songwriter has also earned a No. 1 Holiday / Adult Contemporary song in 2016 with his duet of “Baby It’s Cold Outside” alongside GRAMMY-winner Meghan Trainor.
Known for his world-class vocals, Eldredge has performed his songs on nearly every major television show in the country.
